In 1999 after 10 years working within the North and North West London property market, Whitehall Park was founded by Adam Andrews.

Originally based in Hampstead, Whitehall Park’s main focus was on the purchasing and re-development of unmodernised property.

The company soon began to expand and in 2005 Whitehall Park House was acquired in Camden Town. This lead to the development arm progressing into commercial and mixed-use schemes as well as continuing with our luxury house and apartment developments in the Hampstead, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill and Regents Park areas.

Alongside the development projects, Whitehall Park began to expand it’s own property portfolio across Camden, Kentish Town, Euston and Marylebone.

In the summer of 2013 Whitehall Park relocated to Euston Square. From this new central London location we continue with our luxury refurbishments, new build developments alongside the expansion of our own property portfolio across central London.
